Ulm University
Students enrolled in the Master's degree of Medical Biotechnologies will be offered the opportunity to participate in a Double Degree program with the Universität Ulm (Germany) in order to obtain a double degree over two years: the Master of Science in Medical Biotechnologies (University of Padua) and the Master of Science in Molecular Medicine (University of Ulm).
Within the total of 65 places allocated for the course (comprising those reserved for EU citizens, equivalent status individuals, and non-EU residents abroad), a maximum of 5 places are designated for the Double Degree program.
The Double Degree program allows students to spend their first semester of the second year in Germany, with the option to complete their internship there. Graduates receive both Italian and German degrees.
Information regarding accommodation in Ulm will be provided directly by the University of ULM.
Starting from the academic year 2026/2027, the selection process for admission to the Double Degree program will be as follows:
- an internal ranking will be established based on a score calculated from the number of completed exams and the weighted average grade obtained at the end of the first semester by every student interested in the Double Degree program;
- in case of a tie in scores, priority will be given to the youngest student.
